INTERZUM AWARD: INTELLIGENT MATERIAL & DESIGN 2005 WINNER!
For knockdown or permanent joints, patent pending ZIPBOLT™ fasteners save time, decrease production costs and are fast and easy to install:

  • Unique inward facing gear allows tensioning the fastener with a hand held ratchet driver or drill motor driven key (not included), eliminating the difficult handling associated with traditional spanners or wrenches (drill motor must be set at lowest torque).
  • 144-974 ZIPBOLT™ 95 requires a minimum 20mm boring depth; install using 145-004 Mark 2 Driver.
  • 144-971 ZIPBOLT™ MINI requires a minimum 13mm boring depth; install using 145-007 Mark 3 Driver.
  • Integrated locator hole on geared head ensures proper driver placement.
  • Optional 145-019 ZIPTOOL™ Ratchet Driver has a magnetic chuck for 1/4" hex shanks; 6-1" insert bits included in handle.
