0.55" x 0.55" inserts have four cutting edges and can be rotated if an edge wears out or is damaged.

8-1/2" dia. chrome plated hand wheel moves table assembly up and down on four threaded steel posts - lock knobs fasten into place. Combination inch/metric scale ensures easy, accurate measurements.

Spiral serrated, steel infeed roller uses chain and sprocket drive to advance lumber - outfeed roller won't mar freshly planed surfaces.

Cast iron table has two, adjustable bed rollers to help ensure smooth feeding - rollers adjust with a single, locking lever.
