VERSA-GRINDER CARBIDE SHARPENING TOOL


Touch up carbide cutters with this handy tool.

Versa-GRINDER™ is a patented, sharpening system for restoring the cutting edges on shaper cutters and router bits:

  • Base mounts onto drill press table and diamond sharpening wheel goes into drill press chuck (maximum 9,000 RPM).
  • Chuck a router bit into the fixture collet or mount a shaper cutter onto the enclosed mandrel - advance the fixture into the spinning wheel and hone edges, perfectly.
  • Indexed collet adjusts for precise shear and hook angles. So precise, it repeats operations to within 0.002".
  • Includes 1/2" indexed collet, 1/2", 1/4", 3/8" reducer bushings, 1/2" mandrel for shaper cutters with 3/4", 1", 1-1/4" bushings, 180 grit diamond wheel with mandrel (optional 400 grit wheel hones bits to a keen edge), edge fence and complete instructions and videotape.
