SPACE BALLS® RAISED PANEL SPACERS


TAKE THE RATTLE OUT OF RAISED PANEL DOORS

Space Balls® panel door spacers allow for seasonal wood movement to prevent cracking of frames:

  • Properly placed, they automatically center panels during assembly.
  • Once installed, they expand and contract with wood movement to eliminate panel rattle and reduce glue joint cracking due to expansion and contraction.
  • Use 8-10 balls, equally distributed around frame, per door - fit standard 1/4" stile and rail grooves.
  • Space Balls® should fit snug, but not tight compressing about one-half the diameter of the ball
  • Available in bags of 100 or 1,000.
