PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT (January 2005)

     (Casper, Wyo.) - Designed to directly attach to its existing line of FazLok^™ Quick Disconnect Fittings, the Woodworker's Supply® FazLok^™ Universal System (patent pending) makes connecting differing 1-1/2" shop vacuum; 2-1/4" standard shop vacuum system or 2-1/2", 3" and 4" diameter dust ports or hoses a breeze. The system can also be used as a standalone adapter for most dust collection systems.
     Fittings easily slip over or into most ports while tapered mating surfaces prevent vacuum leaks and allow "press fitting" for many applications. In addition, the durable, clear plastic body makes it possible to view the flow of chips to allow for hose adjustments to ensure maximum efficiency.
     Flexible vinyl nozzles (sold separately) can be used to custom fit bench top equipment, miter saws, tablesaws, sanders and more - almost any place sawdust is produced.


     The FazLok^™ Universal System directly attaches to male and female FazLok^™ Quick Disconnect Fittings (patent pending), introduced by Woodworker's Supply®, in 2003. Sized to fit 4" diameter dust ports, male FazLok™ Quick Disconnect Fittings fasten onto dust collection hose ends using hose clamps. Female fittings are screw mounted onto dust collectors and machinery. Once in place, hoses can be quickly moved from one machine to the next with a twist of the wrist.
