NEW WOODWORKER'S SUPPLY BEAR PAWTM CLAMP PADS GRIP, STABILIZE LIKE NO OTHERFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (January 2002) The new Woodworker's Supply Bear PawTM Clamp Pads (Patent applied for) have been cleverly designed to take the place of aftermarket accessories such as clamp saddles, soft jaws, face extensions and bar supports at a very reasonable price. The clamps improve the quality and speed the setup of glue joints by being faster to install and easier to use than other products and are ideal for all face frame, door and furniture fabrication.Manufactured using an engineered polymer that provides high strength, long life and durability, Bear Paw Clamp Pads install in seconds and require no clamp disassembly. They slip onto clamp heads and are fastened in place with included lock pins. Placing the lock pin into an upper hole accommodates Pony #50 and similar pipe clamps while a lower hole is designed for aluminum bar clamps. With an overall width of 5-1/2 inches (13.97 cm) and a height of 4 inches (10.16 cm), Bear Paw Clamp Pads provide a large "footprint" that stabilizes pipe or bar clamps to prevent them from tipping when in use. The pads also elevate the clamp, allowing a user to turn handles without interference, even when the clamps are on their side.
Manufactured at Woodworker's Supply facilities in Wyoming, Bear Paw Clamp Pads are one of the latest in a series of specialty products specifically developed by Woodworker's Supply "to meet and anticipate the needs of professional woodworkers."
