An easy way to keep track or router bits.

Router bits and rotary burrs can add up to a sizeable investment. Durable aluminum cases provide protection and portability for these expensive cutters:

  • Textured aluminum panels in sturdy reinforced frames have heavy gauge, bright plated steel corner guards.
  • Luggage style handle provides a sure grip.
  • Interiors feature protective foam lining throughout and removable high density foam inserts that can be custom fitted to bits.
  • Soft foam lid insert securely holds cutters in place for storage or transport.
  • Use 1/4" (120-269) or 1/2" (120-326) brad point bit drills, running at 500 RPM, to bore the foam inserts for cutter shanks.
  • 116-741 - small case is 7-7/8" x 4-7/8" x 4"; includes locking snap catch.
  • 116-744 - large case is 14-1/8" x 5-1/8" x 4-7/8"; has two locking snap catches.
