Using this new stainless steel Pocket Hole Plug Cutter, you can forget about trying to match precut plugs to your project. Instead, use the leftover wood to make plugs that match color and grain:

  • Wood is held in place using C-clamps (not included) while you use your drill press to cut the plugs. When drilling is completed, resaw plugs out of the wood using your band saw.
  • Four flute, 3-1/16" OAL cutter, with 3/8" shank, makes perfect 3/8" diameter plugs, time after time. Simply glue into pocket holes, sand and finish.
  • Requires simple construction of 15° angle fixture, using 3/4" stock. Complete instructions included.
