ONEWAY 20 AND 24 LATHES

Professional quality ONEWAY 20" and 24" Lathes come in a range of sizes and features that will meet the needs of small workshops, schools and professional turning operations. There are four basic models to choose from: 2016 and 2036, 2416 and 2436. The first two numerals in the model number indicate the swing over bed in inches and the last two numbers indicate the distance between centers. There are three motor drive systems to choose from: 1-1/2, 2 and 3 HP. Each drive system has three speed ranges: 70-700, 190-1,900 and 300-3,000 RPM. A complete line of lathe accessories are available including bed extensions, outboard turning attachment, exhaust hood and stainless steel bedways:

Spindle height to floor distance should be specified when ordering (industry average is 44" to 45"). For 20" swing lathes select 41", 42", 44" or 46". For 24" swing lathes select 43", 44", 46" or 48".

Optional Braking Resistor should be ordered at time of purchase to avoid expensive retrofit (recommended for large lathe models).

Optional Stainless Steel Bedways must be specified when ordering (recommended for wet turning conditions).

Optional Wheel Set and Dust Hood add convenience and versatility.

Optional 60" Bed Extension includes bed support.

Optional 20" and 32" Outboard Beds include leg supports.

Optional 20" and 32" Outboard Attachments Complete include Outboard Bed w/legs, Outboard Banjo Toolrest Base and 18" Outboard Tool Rest.

Patented sliding-cam "Banjo" tool rest bases have flex-free positive lockdown.

Motor has poly-V belt drive with full speed reverse for outboard turning and reverse sanding operations.

Lathe includes 14" tool rest, 6" faceplate, #2MT drive center, #3MT live center, knock out rod and instruction manual.
