ONEWAY 1640 LATHE

Available in 1-1/2HP and 2HP variable speed models, the Oneway 1640 Lathe is a mid-sized lathe good for both bowl and spindle turning and noted for its quality and performance. It has a 16" swing with 40" between centers that can be increased to 64" with the addition of the optional 24" Bed Extension. The 24" bed extension can also be bolted to the outboard side of the lathe (shown) providing a 24" swing capacity for larger outboard turning and requiring an accessory 24" Banjo Toolrest Base and Tailstock Riser Block for operation:

Spindle height should be specified when ordering and is available in 1" increments from 42" to 46" (industry average is 45").

Comes with 14" steel tool rest, 4" faceplate, #2MT drive center, #3MT live center, knock out rod and operation manual.
