ADJUSTABLE 98502 GLUE UP CLAMP RACK HARDWARE AND PLANS


Proven design for great results

You'll save money and be able to easily construct doors of varying sizes using a panel clamp rack that you build yourself:

  • 880-065 - FREE rack plans included when you buy rails, collars or the hardware package. Construction will require 2" x 6" base and 4" x 4" frame material (lumber not included).
  • 880-058 - 'Adjustable'™ metal mounting rails are 36"L x 4-1/2"W with holes 16" on center for easy mounting (plans call for 10 maximum).
  • 880-851 - 'Adjustable'™ metal clamp collars slide horizontally within rail channels (plans call for 20 maximum).
  • Clamp ends fit into collars and lock with a thumb screw - 200 lb. maximum load, each.
  • 880-840 - Hardware package includes four industrial casters (two with brakes), carriage screws, washers and hex nuts and other materials needed to assemble clamp rack (collars, rails, pipes and clamps not included).
  • Use maximum 3'L x 3/4" dia. black pipe and "Pony"® #50 clamps (not included) with completed rack (plans call for 20 maximum).
