WATER BASED EXTERIOR COATING PENETRATES WOOD TO PROVIDE SUPERIOR SEALING

UV GUARD^® Deck & Fence Coating is a semi-transparent stain, scientifically formulated to resist abrasion plus provide long lasting water resistance, ultraviolet protection and color retention:

Ideal for wood decks, fences, siding and shingles plus pressure treated lumber.

Produces a warm, natural transparent satin surface finish while it seals to protect wood - fungicide helps retard mold and mildew (finish will last up to 2 to 5 years depending upon use and exposure).

Surfaces must be clean and free from dirt, oil, grease and other contaminants. Two, heavy saturation coats applied with brush or spray recommended (second coat must be applied while first coat is still wet - normally dries within 30 minutes). Soap and water clanup.

200-300 sq. ft./gal. first coat coverage; 400-500 sq. ft./gal. thereafter.

Do not apply below 40°F. or above 90°F. or during continuing wet or humid weather.

Can be used on previously coated wood following proper cleaning and surface preparation.

138-164 - Clear can be used as a second coat or for periodic maintenance. Used by itself, it allows wood to naturally gray and fade.
