The exclusive Microplane® Hand Tool manufacturing process creates extremely sharp and durable teeth for fast, smooth, low effort cutting in all types of wood - patented cutters produce shavings instead of sawdust, leaving a finish that only requires minimal sanding. Square and round rasps come in three sizes and include handles. Specialty products include:

  • Standard Series Rasp comes in large or small and round or square shape and includes handle.
  • Snap-In Rasp features an interchangeable, reversible 1" x 8" coarse flat blade. Replacement flat, round or angled blades easily snap into the comfortable offset handle.
  • 1" and 2" rotary shapers use replaceable blades in a 1/4" dia. shank mounted design for drill press use (2,500 RPM max. speed). Rotary Shaper Follower Kit will mount onto the base of either shaper for use with templates to duplicate contours.
  • 12" flexible, rigid and half round blades plus 2-in-1 blades can be mounted into standard hacksaw frames.
  • 10" and 5-1/2" flat blades replace standard Surform® plane blades.
