JET174 1442 LATHES

The Jet^® JWL-1442 Lathes have a Reeves mechanically variable speed drive with eight individual speed settings. The headstock moves along the bed and rotates 360° with positive stops at 45° and 90° for convenient bowl turning applications. An optional 20" bed extension increases the between centers distance to 62". Also available is an optional 57" bed extension w/leg bringing the between centers distance to 99". The Jet 1442VS model is a benchtop lathe and the Jet 1442VSK model has a cast iron leg set:
