The Jet^® JWL-1236 Wood Lathe has a cast iron bed with a headstock that rotates 360° with stops at 45°, 90° and 180°. The drive system has variable speeds from 500 to 3000 RPM with six preset detents for commonly used speeds. A short outboard bed is supplied with the lathe for bowl turning. An offset tool rest attachment helps bring the tool rest in alignment with the rotated headstock for convenient bowl turning access:
