JERRY-RIG153 WORK HOLDING SYSTEM

Extremely rugged and impressively versatile, the Jerry-Rig^™ work holding system securely holds wooden sculptures, turnings, models and other objects for carving, texturing, gluing, painting and finishing. The system uses two main work holding fixtures - the blue cast iron Work Positioner and the stainless steel Ball Positioner. The Work Positioner comes with a padded locking handle allowing accessories to rotate 360° side-to-side with 12 indexed front-to-back stop locations. The Ball Positioner has an ergonomic ball and socket holder for universal rotation. Both positioners can be bolted directly to a table top or used with the optional table clamping fixture for work tables up to 3" thick. Several Jerry-Rig^™ models are available along with a range of accessories for different work holding requirements:

Jerry-Rig^™ JR-100 Work Positioner includes the work positioner, table clamp fixture, standard positioner plate and hardware kit.

Jerry-Rig^™ JR-100LC Work Positioner is the same as the JR-100 but does not include the table clamp fixture and hardware kit - for table top mounting only.

Jerry-Rig^™ JR-B4 Ball Positioner includes ball positioner, table clamp fixture, standard positioner plate and hardware kit.

Jerry-Rig^™ JR-B4LC Ball Positioner is the same as the JR-B4 but does not include the table clamp fixture and hardware kit - for table top mounting only.

ACCESSORIES:

JR-P1 Standard Positioner Plate w/mounting rod (3-1/2" x 4-1/2" x 5/8") is used for large carvings.

JR-PM Medium Positioner Plate w/mounting rod (3-5/8" x 1-1/4" x 5/8") is commonly used for holding large fish and ducks.

JR-PS-2 Small Positioner Plate w/mounting rod (2-1/8" x 3/4" x 1/4") is commonly used for holding small irregularly shaped objects.

JR-HW Hardware Kit is a hanger bolt and knob kit that allows you to quickly slide a work piece on or off the JR-P1 positioner plate - includes two steel hanger bolts 1/2"-13 and 3/8"-16, two steel knobs 1/2"-13 and 3/8"-16, two 3/8" steel washers, two nylon spacers 3/8" x 1/2", four #14 wood screws and an allen wrench.

JR-DH1 J-Rig Mounting Kit is a threaded shaft and handle that is placed up through the work bench and into the base of positioners allowing quick rotation of work.

JR-G1 Grip-All Holder attaches carvings to positioners with 3-1/2" long x 5/8" diameter hardened steel hexagonal shaft with #7 x 3-1/2" wood screw used for small carvings and stick makers.

JR-G2 Grip-Stick Holder attaches carvings to positioners with 3-1/2" long x 9/16" diameter hardened steel hexagonal shaft with #10 wood screw used for painting and detailing work.

JR-V2 Two-Jaw Vise Attachment fits into the positioner - for light holding applications.

JR-PP1 Peg Plates are attached to the JR-V2 vise for holding irregular objects and industrial components.
