Heat treated stainless steel four flute cutter, 3-1/16" OAL, with 3/8" shank, makes consistent, cleanly cut 3/8" diameter plugs.

Requires construction of a simple, 15° angle fixture for your drill press, using 3/4" stock. Complete instructions included.(See .pdf file below)

Clamp wood blank to the angle fixture, cut plugs with the drill press, then saw plugs free of the blank with a band saw.

Simply glue into pocket holes, sand and finish.
