Zinc plated, high carbon steel FlipBolt Connectors (patent pending) are fast and easy to use and require no tools for most countertop installations:

Simply hand tighten enclosed nut on one end, then lower flip lever on the other end to securely lock in place.

3-1/2" long bolt is threaded about 3/4 of its length; crosspieces are each 1" wide.

Router template makes installation simple.

Use a 1/2" diameter top bearing hinge mortising bit or a 1/2" diameter bit with a template guide.
