EURO-EZE DRILL HEAD BLUM/SALICE


Drill hinge and satellite holes in one step

The simple to use, Euro-Eze™ attachment adds a great deal of versatility by letting your drill press bore all three holes needed to mount European style hinges (45mm c/c Blum® or GRASS pattern) in one stroke:

  • Drilling head fits into 1/2" and larger chucks while stabilizing arm quickly clamps to roll smoothly along support post (fits from 2.34" to 3.625" posts).
  • Head has built-in, adjustable chip guard and stop or you can use the drill press stop.
  • Use with a sub table and backing fence - designed to fit 10" to 21" drill presses.
  • Complete set includes drilling head, rolling support bracket, guide posts, 10mm bushings for 7/64" drill bits, wrench and instructions (bits sold separately).
  • U.S. Patent No. 6,244,793.
  • Optional Insertion Ram is used to insert doweled hinges - bolts onto Euro-Eze™ head but flips out of the way when not in use.
  • Optional Tab Setting Jig makes set up quick and easy by adjusting for tab measurements from 1mm to 12mm.
