We no longer offer this item however we still have accessories to fit it. You can easily make pin and crescent joints using a Woodworker's Supply^® Crescent Joint Jig Set (U.S. Patent #5,598,878) and your hand held plunge router:

It's a simple three step process - clamp a board into the jig base, vertically (for fronts and backs), and horizontally (for sides), align the template on its mounting rails and make the cuts.

Any plunge router with a 1/4" x 5/16" guide bushing will work - smaller routers are easier to maneuver.

Side pieces must be at least 8" long; fronts and backs 2".

Jig base is aluminum and durable plastic with square, tubular steel clamping bars. Sure grip handles cam the bars into the workpiece for exact clamping pressure.

Handles boards up to 1-1/4" thick x 12" wide.

886-459 - Complete set includes base, templates and 1/4" and 3/16" tenon/spiral router bits for both halves of the joint.

886-445, 886-452 - Small and large sets come with base, respective template and cutters for the specified joint size.
