ONE PIECE KD CAM FASTENER


Economical knock down assembly

The one piece cam CLOCK-6 Fastener installs quickly and easily:

  • Using a 20mm Forstner bit, bore a hole 9.5mm on center from the edge of one panel, 15mm deep. The bore will slightly overlap the edge of the panel allowing an opening for the dowel.
  • The second panel requires using a 10mm bit, 10mm on center from the top surface of the bottom panel,10mm deep.
  • Insert the cam into the 20mm hole and the dowel into the 10mm hole.
  • Turn the cam, clockwise, using a #2 Pozi driver to expand the dowel and lock the panels together.
  • Sold in bags of 10.
