EURO-EZE 35MM HINGE BORING JIG


Install Euro hinges with a hand held drill.

Installing Euro hinges doesn't have to involve specialized machines. If you use a drill press or portable drill fixture to drill the 35mm hinge cup hole, patented Euro-Eze™ will save you a bunch of time and frustration when it comes time to drill the screw holes:

  • Euro-Eze™ plugs into the 35mm hole and self-aligns against the edge of the door for perfectly aligned holes.
  • Fully adjustable for tab (cup to door edge) measurement.
  • Works with any 35mm Blum pattern hinge, including Amerock® hinges sold by Woodworker's Supply.
  • Comes with two 7/64" step drill bushings for screw holes.
  • 905-606, 905-616 - Optional pairs of 5mm (Euroscrew) or 8mm (press-in) hole bushings.
  • Great for small runs in the shop or site work in the field.
