Using a 1/2" plunge router (not included), the patented Leigh frame and mortise tenon jig (Leigh FMT) offers the easiest, fastest and most precise way to cut over 70 sizes of mortise and tenon joints from matchstick frames up to 6' garden gates:

  • Rout single, double or twin, quadruple or even triple mortise and tenon joints, plus angled and compound angled joints.
  • Recordable, repeatable joint tightness is infinitely adjustable by turning a calibrated knob.
  • Bolts onto a board and clamps onto a bench.
  • Leigh FMT includes a universal sub-base, five 5/16" guides, guide stand, 5/16" spiral upcut cutter w/1/2" shank, two cam-action speed clamps, outrigger bars, one adjustable sidestop fence, screwdrivers, mounting hardware and complete instructions.
  • Weighs 30 lbs.
  • Five-year manufacturer's warranty.
  • Optional cutter (808-310) has 1/2" cut depth, (75-101) - 3/4", (75-102) - 1"; all have 1/4" shanks.
  • Optional cutter (75-104) has 1" cut depth, (75-106) - 1-1/4", (75-109) - 2"; all have 1/2" shanks.
