System Three 0100A16 Epoxy Resin Adhesive System


Adjustable open time allows you to work fast or slow

Whether you're building, restoring or repairing with wood, fiberglass or composites, you can easily modify the versatile System Three® epoxy adhesive system to suit almost any application:

  • Permanently bond old and new joints. Laminate beams or other objects. Seal interior and exterior surfaces. Suitable for damp locations.
  • System based upon low viscosity, modified epoxy resin mixed at a 2:1 volume ratio with one of three hardeners:


    • #1 - 15 minute working time, cures down to 35 degrees F.;
    #2 - works above 55 degrees F., 30 minute working time; and
    #3 - used above 75 degrees F., 70 minute working time.

  • When properly mixed, epoxy is ready "as is" for coating, fiberglassing or gluing.
  • For gluing requiring gap filling or flow control, and all filleting work, thickeners are required.
  • 3105S16 Silica Thickener increases viscosity and produces a non-sagging firm paste.
  • 3110S16 Wood Flour is fine sawdust; excellent for creating glues and structural fillets.
  • Optional measuring and mixing tools speed epoxy preparation and application.
