freud® LU74R Perma-Shield™ sawblades produce a fine finish when crosscutting hardwoods, softwoods and moldings:

  • Use on hardwood, softwood, plywood and particle board; 1/4" minimum depth of cut, 1-5/8" maximum.
  • Non-stick coating helps make the blade resistant to heat buildup and corrosion - laser cut slots reduce vibration and sideways movement.
  • Thin kerf for easier feeding and reduced waste.
  • 5° positive hook angle; available in 8" and 10" diameters (5/8" arbors) or 12" and 14" diameters (1" arbors).
  • 102-044, 102-047 - You can get straighter, quieter cuts using sawblade stiffeners. 4" or 5" dia. rigid steel - 1/8" thick with 5/8" dia. arbor. NOTE: Only use on 10" dia. or smaller blades.
