freud® DIABLO™ metal cutting sawblades have what it takes for on the job cutting of copper pipe, aluminum extrusions, brass plate or steel studs, pipes and sheet steel:

  • Laser cut bodies for longer life and precision cuts. Laser cut stabilizer vents reduce noise and vibration. Laser cut heat expansion slots allow blade to expand due to heat buildup, keeping cuts straight and true.
  • Red, Perma-SHIELD™ coating shields blades against heat and corrosion.
  • Blades covered by manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty.


  • DIABLO™ non-ferrous metal blades have durable MicroGrain titanium carbide teeth for razor sharp cuts and longer life. Also work on plastic:
  • 122-990 - 7-1/4" x 56TCG, -6° hook angle, 5/8" arbor, 0.106 kerf, 0.087 plate.
  • 122-993 - 10" x 80TCG, -5° hook angle, 5/8" arbor, 0.091 kerf, 0.071 plate.
  • 122-996 - 12" x 96TCG, -5° hook angle, 1" arbor, 0.091 kerf, 0.071 plate.


  • DIABLO™ Steel Demon™ ferrous metal blades have specially formulated tungsten-titanium teeth with tri-metal shock resistant brazing to withstand impact, reduce wear and last longer. Use on steel studs, UNISTRUT™, All Thread™, flat bar, angle iron and EMT conduit:
  • 122-999 - 7" x 48TCG, -2° hook angle, 5/8" arbor, 0.103 kerf, 0.090 plate.
  • 123-005 - 10" x 50TCG, -2° hook angle, 5/8" arbor, 0.114 kerf, 0.098 plate.
  • 123-008 - 12" x 60TCG, -2° hook angle, 1" arbor, 0.114 kerf, 0.098 plate.
  • 123-017 - 14" x 72TCG, -2° hook angle, 1" arbor, 0.114 kerf, 0.098 plate.
  • Only use 123-005, 123-008 and 123-017 on dedicated, metal cutting saws (1,800 maximum RPM).
