  • The 5240 SR Woodcarving Kit is perfect for general carving and fine detail applications. It features a 115VAC, 1.7A, 1/6HP reversible motor with variable speeds to 18,000 RPM. This kit offers the best value and smart tool combinations of everything you need to get started:

    Kit Includes:
  • M.SR Motor - Foredom's new 1/6 hp, ball bearing motor. With speeds up to 18,000 rpm, this motor offers substantially more power than Foredom's earlier universal motors with 66% more power than Series CC and 33% more power than Series S and earlier SR motors. The M.SR operates in forward and reverse rotation for added versatility.
  • C.FCT Speed Foot Pedal Control is a foot operated speed control with solid state electronics in a heavy duty plastic housing with an extra wide design.
  • H.44T Handpiece is a collet style handpiece popular among woodcarvers since it accommodates larger accessories with shank diameters up to 1/4". It comes with 3/32", 1/8" and 1/4" collets. The tapered design allows for close and safe work. The H.44T is a member of the Foredom system of interchangeable handpieces.
  • AKWK53 Accessory Kit is a 47-piece assortment with 3/32", 1/8" and 1/4" shank accessories. It includes many of the latest and most unique items from Foredom including ScotchBrite Radial Bristle Discs, Purple Ceramic Sanding Bands and Discs, Typhoon Burs, V Stones, CeramCut Blue Stones, and lots more.
