Compared to bristle brushes, the replaceable foam inserts in this 48 Piece Foam Brush Set leave a smoother, no streak finish, expecially when applying enamels:

  • Work like sponges to hold most of the paint below the surface, so there's less dripping - no loose bristles to ruin the finish.
  • Use with almost any paint, stain or finish (not for use with lacquer or shellac).
  • Set includes 12 plastic handles (four, each, 1", 2", 3") and 36 foam inserts (12 for each size).
  • Refills sold separately - prongs at base of handle hold insert in place (refills will not work with older style handles without prongs).
