BEADLOCK® MAKES LOOSE TENON JOINERY AS EASY AS USING A HAND DRILL

NOW YOU CAN MAKE BEADLOCK TENON STOCK IN YOUR OWN SHOP WITH THESE CARBIDE SAFETY ROUTER BITS.
When it comes to strong joints, it's hard to beat mortise and tenon joinery. And loose tenon joints, made with the beadLOCK® Loose Tenon Joinery System are a quick and simple alternative to the traditional method:

  • A joint is made by first using a beadLOCK® hardened steel jig and hand drill (not included) to bore mortises into each part being joined.
  • Then, preformed 3/8" or 1/2" beadLOCK® premium Birch tenon stock is cut to size and glued into the mortises to form a strong, but simple, joint. Stock shape provides maximum side grain gluing surface.

  • 106-754, 106-760 - Kits contain a beadLOCK® jig, 2' of tenon stock, shim set and instructions.
  • 106-763, 106-766 - Additional, preformed 3/8" or 1/2" Birch tenon stock is available in 3' lengths.
  • 109-325, 109-328 - Use your own wood to make 3/8" and 1/2" tenon stock with specially designed beadLOCK® router bits; 1/2" shanks (only use on stationary router tables).
  • USA.
