BRUSSO174 BUTT HINGES FOR SMALL BOXES

BRUSSO^® butt hinges are milled from solid brass and feature a flawless satin finish:

811-418 JB-101 Full Mortise Butt Hinges - (3/4" long x 3/32" leaf thickness, spans 5/16" material) have built-in stops to allow lid to remain open at 95°.

811-425 JB-103 Full Mortise Butt Hinges - (1-1/4" long x 3/32" leaf thickness, span 7/16" material); operation similar to JB-101.

811-419 JB-102 Full Mortise Butt Hinges - (1-1/4" long x 3/32" leaf thickness, spans 5/16" material); operation similar to JB-101.

105-830 JB-804 Stop Hinges - (1-1/4" x 1-1/32, 3/16" leaf thickness, 1/8" radius corner) provide built-in stops, allowing lid to remain open at about 95° - use when additional stays not desired. Mortise flat into box and lid.

Hinge pins are tool steel, fitted to precision-reamed bores.
