Add smooth, quiet action and lock-in-place alignment with Amerock® System 2000™ concealed face frame hinges:

  • Recommended tab(K) setting is 2.0-2.5mm for all styles of System 2000™ hinge cups.
  • 16 point jaws ensure alignment at hinge and baseplate interface.
  • Hinges swing 120° - doors self-close within 28°.
  • Blum® hole pattern unless otherwise specified.

  • 890-864 is a one-piece hinge (cup and partial wrap base) with 1/2 overlay in the Grass® boring pattern. Cups feature 105° opening angle and press-in (dowelled) mounting. Dowels can be easily removed to use these hinges for screw-on mounting.
  • 893-877 is a Nickel finished hinge cup with Mepla® boring pattern and press-in dowels.
  • 890-843 is a nickel finished hinge cup with Grass Tec™ boring pattern and press-in dowels.
  • 890-864 is a one-piece hinge (cup and partial wrap,single adjustment baseplate) with 1/2 overlay in the Grass® boring pattern. Designed for use on 1/2" to 5/8 thick face frames. Cups feature 105° opening angle and press-in (dowelled) mounting. Dowels can be easily removed to use these hinges for screw-on mounting.
