Full cast iron construction allows the POWERMATIC® Model 31A 6" x 48" Belt/12" Disc Sander to handle both metal and woodworking projects:

  • 1-1/2HP, 115/230V, 1PH motor or 2HP, 230/460V, 3PH motor - 2,375 RPM disc speed; belt runs at 2,410 SFPM.
  • Mounted on belt side, patented table can be used as backstop fence, tilt table or skewed edge.
  • 7-1/2" x 13" cast iron belt table tilts 45° down; 6-1/2" x 14-1/2" disc table with miter slot tilts 45° down, 15° up.
  • Comes with disc, belt and 4" dia. dust port - minimum 400 cfm required.
  • 54-1/2"H x 31-1/4"W x 24"D.
  • 247 lbs. net weight; 275 lbs. shipping weight.
