MANUFACTURED SINCE 1903
Safety and security as well as a clean, contemporary look are easy with SOSS® Invisible Hinges:

  • When closed, hinges cannot be seen or tampered with - when open, riveted pins cannot be removed (hinge opens to 180°).
  • High-strength plated steel and heavy-duty zinc alloy castings.
  • Choose from SB-satin brass, SC-satin chrome, EE-ebony epoxy finishes in a number of sizes.
  • To install, mortise out wood door and jamb using a drill bit and clean up with a chisel (paper template, instructions and mounting screws included).
  • Smaller hinges sold in carded pairs; 2-3/4 and larger hinges sold each.
  • Imported.


    • For faster and more accurate hinge installation, the optional SOSS® Router Guide Template ensures a perfect mortise:

  • Individually handcrafted template fastens to door and jamb with nails - guide pins locate the deep mortise.
  • Router, router bit and 3/4" O.D. guide bushing with lock nut required (not included).
  • 101 Series Template - use with 1/4" dia bit.
  • 103 Series Template - use with 3/8" dia bit.
  • 203 Series Template - use with 3/8" dia bit.
  • 204 Series Template - use with 3/8" dia bit.
  • 208 Series Template - use with 3/8" dia bit.
  • 216 Series Template - use with 1/2" dia bit.
