Make a solid mechanical connection between furniture components

Hanger bolts and dowel screws are essential structural fasteners in woodworking assemblies:

  • Dowel screws have sharp wood threads at both ends to let you make tight joints.
  • Hanger bolts are machine threaded on one end and wood threaded on the other.
  • Hanger screws have 8-32 machine threads that fit most door/drawer knobs and wood thread that eliminates screw heads from showing on inside.
