AVAILABLE WITH STANDARD OR HELICAL CUTTERHEAD
The unique "four point" parallelogram table design makes the POWERMATIC® Model 1285 12" Jointer easier to keep in perfect alignment:

  • 3HP, 230V, 1PH or 3PH motor - 5,000 RPM cutterhead speed (minimum 800 cfm dust collection system recommended).
  • 3/4" x 11-3/4" cutting capacity. Adjustable infeed and outfeed tables with locking knob. Built-in rabbeting ledge with 3/4" capacity.
  • 12" x 84" table has "lips" on both sides of cutterhead to aid in noise reduction.
  • 5-1/2" x 47" fence assembly tilts 45°, left and right, and has 45° and 90° positive stops.
  • Standard cutterhead models come with three 1/8" x 13/16" x 12" heat-treated, M-2 HSS knives.
  • Helical cutterhead models have 44 four-sided standard and two rabbet carbide inserts.
  • Comes with enclosed sheet metal stand, knife-setting gauge, wrenches, dust hood, two push blocks and instructions.
  • Net weight 762 lbs.; 880 lbs. shipping weight.
  • One year manufacturer's warranty.
